Volunteer Opportunities in the Lakeshore Nature Preserve

Volunteer opportunities abound in the Preserve. Volunteers are encouraged to join ongoing research and work projects and to plan and organize other projects.  All activities which might alter the Preserve in any way must be in accordance with the Preserve mission and must be approved by the Preserve field manager before work is started. Help is needed in non-physical, indoor projects too (for instance, Friends Newsletter, publicity, fund-raising).

For information about a specific volunteer project and to join it, contact the volunteer coordinator who is listed for the project, or contact Glenda Denniston
