The Biocore Prairie Restoration is located toward the lake from the Eagle Heights Gardens in the Picnic Point Base orchard field.  University Students in Biocore 302, a part of the Biology Core Curriculum, have planted sections of the field using different methods of prairie planting and maintenance.  The restoration activity will include intensive monitoring of the site over a period of years.
