International Visibility
UW-Madison's

much in evidence this past May as Dean

a series of exciting events.

Message
From the Dean
Celebrating a Milestone
In
1996, the Division of International Studies and the College
of Letters and Science turned their vision of a globally focused,
flourishing academic community into a reality with the creation
of the International
Institute. Today, the Institute continues to represent
excellence in innovation and collaboration, and has grown
to include 16 member programs that cover every region of the
globe. As part of the 10th anniversary celebration, I was
asked to share my thoughts on the past, present, and future
of the International Institute. I invite you to read
the interview and to send
us your feedback.
