How do I view or download an attachment?

Follow the instructions below to view or download an attachment.

Note: a .zip file is your file compressed to a smaller size. This is valuable if downloading large files over a slow Internet connection. To use the .zip file format, you need to be able to 'unzip' a .zip file with software, such as WinZip or PKzip.

How do I attach a document to an e-mail?

Step 1: Click on the 'Compose' icon in the main menu at the top of the page.

Step 2: Go to the bottom of the page to the 'Attachments' section. First, click on the 'browse' button to locate the file you want to attach (this will open a standard Windows menu allowing you to go through your computer's files). Second, click on the 'Attach' button when the file has been located and selected.

Once attached, you need to fill in your recipient(s), subject line and message.
