Step 1: Click on the 'Addresses' icon in the top row.
Step 2: Click on the 'Add' icon.
Step 3:Add name and e-mail address as shown below. A name and e-mail address are required. The other fields can be filled as desired, but none are necessary.
Step 4: Click the 'Save' button. You are complete. The user will now show up in your address book.
To create a list of e-mail recipients, do the following steps:

Step 4: After clicking on the 'Add to' link, a box will pop up, prompting you to name your list. Name your list and submit. This group has now been created.
Step 1: Select 'Addresses' from the top menu bar.
Step 2: Check the edit icon next to an entry as shown below. The entry will be brought up for editing. Save when done.

Step 3: Select the 'Display Options' text link on the right side of the screen
Step 4: This page allows you to change the color scheme of the program as well as change how you want the icons and text in the main menu to display. Save your changes when done. You will need to reload/refresh your screen to see a new display.
Step 1: Select 'Addresses' from the top menu bar.
To remove an entry from as list, click on the name of the list you want to edit.

A full listing of the list will now appear. Click the trash icon next to the entry you want to delete.
To add an entry to a list, go to your address book as described in step 1. Follow the steps on the next graphic:
Step 1: Click on the 'Compose' icon in the top row.
Step 2: To address an e-mail to someone in your address book, click on the 'Address Book' icon.
This will open up a new window, as displayed in step 4.
Step 4: Highlight the person or list you want to send your e-mail to as show below:

Step 5: Click on the 'To >>' button. You may instead 'Cc' or 'Bcc' the recipient(s).
Step 6: The recipient's name will now go to the right box as shown below:

Click on the 'Ok' button at the bottom and the recipient(s) address(es) will fill into the 'To', 'Cc' and 'Bcc' fields. You are now set to compose your message. You may manually add other e-mail addresses to any of the 'To,' 'Cc' and 'Bcc' fields at any time.
